" I am the leader of Delta Force 306th. I am an all around player but I usualy enjoy playing mid or front. I am concerned about my team more than my own personal saftey so Im the one youll see covering everyone or rushing to get that last person out. At the break I am always barking orders at my players because with out stratagies no one can work. I make up all my own stratagies and plays. I try to be a good leader because If we dont have a strong leader then the team will fall apart. I look out for my players, I think thats what makes a good leader"

" I feel our team is going places. We all play differently but somehow we play all together like one person. I like to play conservitave so I dont let my team down. But if a sacrifice needs to be made to create a distraction I'll be the one who will do it. I like up close action so I'm usualy upfront with the captain. Snake or the 50 line is usualy where I go. The team has a strong chain of command with Chris and I as the leaders. We hope to stay good leaders and wish to get into some tournaments soon.

"When the team and I get together and play I go all out! I love when were workin together and kickin the other sides tail. I usually like to hit the snake in the game I always love gettin into the action in front of the game. Im always moving and shooting fast. My strategy is to stay in the game as long as possibe and increase my field possition while covering the rest of my team."

"I Feel our team is very strong, when Im in trouble I know I can always count on them for the cover fire I need to continue moving up in snake or to any other bunkers on the field. Right away Im looking at the Snake and thinking about how im gonna get there. And where my enemies are going and what I'm gonna have to do to make sure I can take them out before they get me. I love the rush when Im Playing because I become very agressive and believe me they dont call me "The Grave Digger" for nothing!"

"I would say that Im a team player, we all are, paintball is a team sport and whether my whole team is in or I'm the last one fighting I do my best for my team. As far as a position I would say Im a mid-back player so I have to cover my teamates and point out opposing players. Many people see paintball as just running around and shooting randomly but as our captain has told us many times there are tactics and we will use them to win. When Im on the field and firing at a bunker for suppresing fire or eliminating an opponent. I get a great feeling watching the paint fly and opposing players , walking off the field."

" When I first went paintballing it was and addicting adrenaline rush that got me hooked right away. Playing for team Delta Force is a great experience and we all get along great. The communication on the field is good. My stratagie is to rush up to the front while covering my team. Since I'm a lefty it gives me an advantage because I can shoot out the left side of the bunker faster and more accurate than most right handed players. My role on the team is to advance up with the leader and cover the rest of the team.

On the team they call me target because I am allways target practice when we play. I have a tipmann 98 custom, you can call me a noob in paintball because I cant get that many people out or because I just started but I am quick and quiet on the field, its like am not there. I play great in the back because I can cover my team and I listen to commands and do them when they are asked. I have alot of fun when playing with the team and we work great with each other.

Tactics and teamwork is what wins a game, and we're going to win games and go far. If you cant tell already, I'm the back player that keeps the enemy pinned and in-check, keeping our Commander and front players comfortible. Following orders is a must, and precision is key, indoor or outdoor, its all the same. Our team is highly motivated and stand strong with a bond of friendship that will be difficult to bring down, I'm confident in our chain of command and they'll lead us far.
